History
While the roots of the AMPP Southern Ontario Chapter predate the 2021 merger of NACE International and SSPC, our chapter was formally established through this historic union. Originally known as the SSPC Ontario Chapter and the NACE Toronto Section, we have continuously committed to furthering AMPP's mandate and advancing materials performance in our community.
Our Board
Our board consists of experienced professionals with diverse expertise in the materials protection, corrosion prevention, and coatings industries. Led by individuals with over 100 years of combined experience, our board includes professional engineers, business leaders, and industry experts dedicated to guiding our chapter's mission and vision.
Our Membership
With over 500 members, the AMPP Southern Ontario Chapter brings together a diverse group of industry professionals, including engineers, business owners, tradespersons, union members, salespersons, coating manufacturers, and university students. Together, we work tirelessly to promote industry standards and accreditation, ensuring the highest level of excellence in our field.
